This door has been designed to comfortably cradle the cows head, yet keep it solidly where it needs to be. One of our major goals is to keep a relaxed cow while she lays on the hoof trimming table. This door has that at its very core.
This trademark feature is at the very center of our machine. A relaxed cow and a comfortable trimmer are at the core of this design. This squeeze door allows the cow to be held snugly while being laid over on her side. All sizes of cows can be cradled as loosely or tightly as desired by the simple push of a button.
A relaxed cow means benefit to the trimmer and herdsman alike. This durable rubber mat is perfect for giving just a bit of cushion for the hard knocks, but tough enough to withstand years of wear and tear.
This tie system has been the industry standard for years… and it still is. Tough ropes, solid hooks and chains, they works fine. We know that working with cows is no game. Hardworking men need hardworking machinery, that’s why we powder coat our hoof trimming table. Before powder coating, it is completely sandblasted to remove all the dirt so that the finish bonds to the steel in an almost weld-like way.
These cows are our livelihood and we love them. But they all make a mess. You just can’t train that out of them. But what you can do is build a hoof trimming table that is prepared. That’s the job of this manure chute. It keeps the mess away from the cows and trimmer and nicely directs it out of the way.
Having things where you need them, when you need them is not an option when efficiency is at a premium.
We tried to find the perfect balance in a smooth, fast ride that keeps the cow calm without the trimmer standing there waiting. Plenty of power keeps the machine laying over cow after cow so the trimmer can work with accuracy, speed, and ease.
